Domain Spiropoulos has two wineries, one near the ancient oracle of Mantinia and one in Nemea. Mantinia Winery is located in the heart of Arcadia, in the 'Polyampelos Mantinia' at an altitude of 627 meters covers an area of 90 acres, just a few hundred yards from the walls, market, and theatre of the ancient city. At this vineyard, varieties such as Moshofilero, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc are cultivated. The Nemea vineyards occupy an area of 110 stremmata (approx. 30 acres) on which the 'Agiorgitiko' variety is cultivated at an altitude ranging from 385 to 406 meters.
