Crémant De Loire Brut Wine by Domaine De Bablut 75cl 12.5% ABV - Biodynamic Sparkling Wine

The Domaine de Bablut is located in the Coteaux de l’Aubance region, a wine-growing area located at the southern gates of Angers, south of the Loire river. Owned by the Daviau family since 1546, the vineyards cover an area of ​​just over 50 hectares. The winemaker Chistophe Daviau’s philosophy is the harmony between terroir and grape variety, where importance is placed on the vine being in harmony with the land where it grows and the environment where it flourishes. In 1993, a biodynamic test in the vineyard lead to the conversion to organic farming of the entire vineyard in 1996 out of respect for the plant, the terroir, the rivers, their staff and the consumer. Domaine Bablut Cremant is an organic sparkling white wine. The grapes are picked by hand and there has been no artificial sprays or chemicals used in the vineyard. Made in small quantities. You will taste the difference in quality with fine bubbles.

Pair this wine with starters. A selection of soft and hard cheese, smoked salmon and pâté would work well. 12.5% abv.
