Coriander raw honey is golden amber colour, specific taste and mild aroma, which is levied two weeks after extraction. It's a very rare type of honey. The nectar of coriander is highly dependent on weather conditions due to that the plant produces it every five to six years. And even then, the production is low. As a rule, a hive can give 20 to 25 kilos of multi-floral honey, and only 2 kilos of coriander honey. As a result, this type of honey is rare and expensive.
You can use this honey in many different ways. We love it with salads and dips due to the amazing zesty flavour. It is great to make healthy lemonades for kids in the summertime and Hot Toddy for adults in winter.
