Colonsay Red Snapper is a ready-to-drink spicy tomato Gin cocktail, our version of a Vodka Bloody Mary. Made from the most delicious Isle of Wight tomatoes where they focus on sustainable growing. The tomatoes are naturally pollinated by British bees and are individually picked only when fully ripened on the vine, resulting in a natural sweetness.
There are just over 6 tomatoes squeezed into this 25cl bottle. They are strained, spiced and cooked to enhance the flavour, before being blended with Colonsay Gin and bottled.
To Serve:
With a wedge of lime, moisten the rim of a Collins glass. Then dip the rim in celery salt to coat. Add a generous amount of ice. Fill with Colonsay Red Snapper. Garnish with half a celery stick.
