High quality dehusked cicerchia organically grown in Italy by a small family farm. One of the oldest cultivated plants, cicerchia was popular for centuries in Central Italy. Recently rediscovered, this legume adds a special flavour to any soup and it is also delicious on its own with a simple dressing of extra virgin olive oil and rosemary.
