Cauli Rice Indian Pilau is a low-calorie rice alternative, which goes great with almost any meal and can be cooked in the microwave in just 2.5 minutes. Seasoned with dried onion, cumin, coriander seeds and garlic, try this Indian-inspired rice alternative in place of pasta, rice and potatoes.
Prep & Usage
Microwave: Tear open top of pouch and stand upright in the microwave. Cook for the time shown. Serve with care, contents may be hot. 2.30 minutes at 900W, 3 minutes at 750W. Dry Fry: Empty contents of pouch into a preheated frying pan. Add 1 tablespoon of water and cook for time shown or until tender. Stir regularly to ensure even cooking. Serve immediately. 6 minutes or until tender.
