The Holy Grail!
I was recommended this Caputo gf flour by an Italian friend of mine in Dubai who owns a Pizza Restaurant there.

I cannot believe the fabulous results I’ve had with this - specifically to make pizzas, and the results have been awesome.

I would have happily attached a picture of my brilliant results - pizza chains in UK - please start using this - the results are exquisite!
