This PDO hand-made camembert from Normandy creamery Gillot is rich and creamy with robust flavours when aged. Fantastic as it is but also perfect baked.
This camembert made by the Gillot Creamery comes from a specially developed formula and cheese making process that follows the traditional steps and allows a maturing period of at least one month to allow the optimum flavour to develop. This Gillot camembert is an exceptional cheese, made with a base of carefully selected raw milk collected from local producers on the farmland of the Orne and moulded by hand with a ladle.

A proper Camembert
