About the Producer
Cajuu is a family run, ethical operation - they supply equipment and gloves to their cashew farming partners so they never have to come in contact with caustic CNSL (Cashew Nut Shell Liquid) within the cashew shell, and offer a fair, transparent price for the nuts. Since their cashew nuts are processed in Tanzania at farm level, rather than exported, they have a much lower carbon footprint.
