    Summer Isles Salmon Pie 300g: A traditional Summer Isles pie made with Scottish salmon, poached with the finest broccoli in a creamy dill sauce. This tasty filling is encased in shortcrust butter pastry made with locally milled flour and glazed with free range eggs from Sherwood Farm in Hickling.
    Wild Dear Pie 300g: Delicious venison from wild fallow deer, responsibly sourced by Ben Rigby, casseroled in a rich red wine sauce. This tasty filling is encased in shortcrust butter pastry made with locally milled flour and glazed with free range eggs from Sherwood Farm in Hickling.
    Kiwi Pie Gluten Free 300g: Inspired by a classic New Zealand recipe. Rupert Harker from Blackberry Farm supplies us with traditionally reared beef which we sauté and layer with mature cheddar cheese from Joseph Heler. This rich and tasty filling is encased in shortcrust butter pastry made with locally milled flour in Brockleby's large pie, and a gluten free Doves Farm flour blend in Brockleby's small pie, and glazed with free range eggs from Sherwood Farm in Hickling.
    Vulcan Munch Pie 300g: Curried sweet potato and chickpeas, cooked in a blend of spices and combined with peas and dried apricot to create a delicately spiced filling. Encased in our delicious vegan shortcrust pastry, and glazed with our unique vegan glaze.

    Brockleby's small pies serve 1-2 people. Delivered frozen for you to cook straight from the freezer.

    The Jalland family have been farming in and around Melton Mowbray for over 500 years, and in 2003, cattle farmer Ian Jalland founded Brockleby's. Originally a farm shop in Asfordby Hill, Melton Mowbray, Ian's aim was to serve the community with high-quality local produce, from his own farm and those of other local farmers.
