I slice and freeze it and the order lasts me a month. I really look forward to it every lunch time as it is so tasty and crisp when I toast it. If I need sandwiches, i lightly toast it and the texture remains fresh.

I slice and freeze it on delivery and to be honest however it cannot really be used for sandwiches defrosted. as you already know GF bread is pretty grim unless toasted. This bread toasts beautifully, however the crusts are very hard making it difficult for sandwiches but superb with butter and jam or just as it is with soup. It's all about setting expectations at the right level. I will continue to order these loaves and enjoy the bread
