Our ice packs are fully reusable, just freeze and reuse, great for the warmer days when you want to keep food cool whilst out for the day. Alternatively, once defrosted cut open the pack and pour the non-toxic solution down the drain. Rinsing with hot tap water will help dissolve the gel faster. The plastic outer can be recycled according to your local recycling regulations.

Prep & usage

To enjoy Blacksticks Blue Cheese Brulee at it's best, remove from the fridge 30 minutes to come to room temperature. Pre-heat your grill, evenly sprinkle the sugar on top of your Brulee and place under the pre-heated grill until the sugar is golden and caramelised (apprix 1-3 minutes). Serve immediately with Lottie Shaw's Ginger Parkin Biscuits or an accompanyment of your choice.

Storage

Store Brulee in the fridge between 0-5°C. Once opened, store biscuits in airtight container.

Lottie Shaws Ginger Parkin Biscuits: Wheat flour (wheat fortified with calcium carbonate, iron, niacin and thiamine), Demerara Sugar, Margarine (vegetable oil, rapeseed and palm oil {RSPO Sourced} in various proportions), Oatmeal (Oats), Partially Inverted Sugar, Belgian Dark Chocolate Chips (sugar 58.5%, cocoa mass 33.0% cocoa butter 8.0%, emulsifier: Soya Lecithin (Soya) <1%, Natural Vanilla Flavouring <1%, Free Range Egg, Treacle, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate, Ground Ginger 1.45%.
