Prep & usage

Perfect risotto with deep truffle aroma and flavour in just 20 minutes and 4 ingredients. 1. Put into a saucepan 600ml of water and bring to boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.2. Pour gently 350g of rice over the high heat. Stir with a wooden spoon to thicken it all.3. Add a knob of butter and 2 tbsp of hard cheese, preferably parmesan. Continue stirring for 15 minutes.
