Tasting Notes
Nose: Clove and cardamom heat, brown sugar, fresh citrus peel.
Palate: Green peppercorn, coconut, cedar, orange, pear drop, a touch of barrel char spiciness.
Finish: Woodsy cinnamon, candied peels, caraway.
