A sweet, creamy and rich blue cheese wedge from the Two Hoots Dairy in Hampshire.
Sometimes referred to as the blue cheese for people who don't like blue cheese. This ammonite shaped creamy blue is made using Jersey and Guernsey cow's milk by Andy and Sandy Rose at the Two Hoots Dairy since 2003. This unique pasteurised cheese balances the rich, buttery, sweet profile of channel island milk with the piquancy of more traditional blues but without the harshness usually associated.
Please note: that this is a cut of cheese and not a whole truckle. The weight of the cheese may vary between 750g-850g.
Produced by: Two Hoots
