    One of our favourites! It's so simple and delicious to make! Naturally sweetened with nutrient-dense Medjool dates (and added bananas), this mix creates super moist and tasty muffins, banana bread, or cake. Each portion is packed with fibre, calcium, Omega-3 and vitamins!

You can quickly transform these muffins or cake with a handful of your favourite nut or fruit or your favourite cream frosting, make it your own and get in your belly! This mix is packed with fibre, calcium, Omega-3 and vitamins from all our wonderful real ingredients.

    We love using this mix to make banana bread and muffins for breakfast or lunch boxes. So healthylicious, you'll go bananas eating them! Make it your pantry staple and gobble up some goodness! Makes: Up to 10 x muffins, 1 x 20cm cake or 1 x medium loaf.

    Serving Suggestions


    • For muffins, why not decorate them with nuts? Walnuts work great or even fresh berries!

    • Try spreading nut butter on your banana bread slices to elevate the flavours.

    • Baking a cake? Why not try a cream cheese frosting with fresh fruits?

    Prep and Usage
    Just add: 2 medium ripe bananas, 4 eggs and 40ml melted coconut oil or butter

    Step by step instructions:


    1. Preheat oven to 180C/Gas Mark 4.

    2. Melt coconut oil/butter.

    3. Shake and empty the mix into a food processor.

    4. Add 4 eggs, 2 bananas (without skin) and 40ml melted coconut oil or butter into the mix.

    5. Process and pulse until the mix is completely combined into a smooth consistency (scrape the mixture with a spatula from the sides, in between mixing, if necessary).

    6. Grease and line parchment paper (paper cases) into your choice of baking tray (check below for options).

    7. Pour and divide mixture into the chosen tray and spread evenly.

    8. Bake in the preheated oven until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean (check below for baking times).

    9. Remove from oven and leave tocool for 5-10 minutes, before turning onto a wire rack to cool completely, before you enjoy this wonderful muffins or cake.

    Why not add a handful of blueberries or walnuts into the mixture and serve with your preferred cream and toppings for extra indulgence.
