This Indonesian spice paste is a complex and rich with spices, balanced by the fruity sharpness of tamarind. Can be used to make rendang. Rempapa spice pastes are traditional cooking bases for curries, stir-fries, or marinades.

Prep & usage
Fry 2 tablespoons of the paste till fragrant and add 200ml of coconut milk and a big pinch of salt. Rempapa can also be used as a marinade or flavour booster for your stir-fries.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use in 2 weeks.
