This aubergine dip contains grilled smoked aubergines and roasted red peppers from Greece, extra virgin olive oil and fresh garlic. It is produced with the purest ingredients from Alpha Taste, in Mount Olympus. It has a velvet texture and is ideally served on with pita bread.
