Bergeron apricot picked from the Ardèche and brought directly to our kitchen. Cooked in a traditional method, the jam has a very pronounced taste of fruit that makes all the difference. With Lavender essence this jam is a real journey to the land of the sun. One of our best sellers!

We at The London Jam Factory know how to preserve the pure taste of fruits! Our homemade jams contain 2/3 of fruits for 1/3 of sugar. This make our jams super tasty and healthier than alternatives!
We prepare homemade jams and preserves using traditional methods. We make the fruit and natural ingredients our highest priority. Fruits have been sourced directly in the counties surrounding London (Hertfordshire and Berkshire). The preserves are made in copper pans using 2/3rds fruits and 1/3rd sugar.
