From the suppliers of top Michelin restaurants in Britain, this stunning wine will not disappoint you.
With mythological reminiscences, "ambrosie" was the word used in the Friuli dialect to describe a particularly sweet and aromatic beverage. We wanted to recuperate this term from our spoken tradition because we think it perfectly describes this wine made with skilful and meticulous vinification of particular sweet and aromatic white grapes which have been present in our vineyards for years. After extensively studying the ripeness and the best harvesting periods for these grapes and having perfected the most suitable vinification techniques, we finally obtained a wine really worthy of the name "dessert wine".

More or less bright straw yellow colour. Delicately aromatic and fragrant with a lively scent of the flowers that grow on our hills. Well-balanced, sweet and harmonious wine.
The alcohol content ranges from 12 to 12.5% by volume and its total acidity is between 6 and 7 per thousand.
It is presented in 500 ml bottles made of dark glass. Its delicacy and elegance, along with its "sweet nature" are such as to make it perfect for serving with numerous refined patisserie products.
