These delicious sweets were traditionally prepared for weddings and other ceremonies, mostly in noble families who could afford such a decadent and expensive treat!
About the Producer
Back in 1972 Giovanni and Pietrina started their pastry and sweet business in Dorgali, a small Sardinian town surrounded by the Supramonte mountains and steps from the beautiful coast. Today their three children Salvatore, Stefano and Caterina also work in the family business continuing the hard work of their parents who have passed on traditional recipes and methods as well as attention to quality of local raw materials and freshness of products.
