Our Manchego cheese is made with Manchego sheep milk from Manchega breed free-range sheep. It is matured for a minimum period of 6 months, when is about halfway to being completely solid. Its taste is mild, not over-powering, with a nutty piquancy and a smooth, creamy texture in the mouth. It works very well for melting, salads or just own its own.
It is officially a 'Manchego' cheese and each wedge has its unique ‘Queso Manchego DOP’ identifier. Mild aroma, not over-powering slightly nutty and piquant taste with creamy-grainy texture.

We can only offer a next day delivery service to a UK mainland address. We offer a 24h courier service which includes a trackable service. The courier company will attempt to deliver your parcel the next working day. Signature on delivery will be required. If no-one is in or if the courier cannot gain access, they will try to deliver it to a neighbour. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the driver will leave a card with instructions to contact the courier company.
