    Le Mont D’Or is an unpasteurised cow’s milk cheese. It is produced in the winter months only and is shaped by circling it with spruce bark. Often eaten hot fondue-style it has a lot of character when ripe as it becomes runny and full of flavour.

    Please note: This cheese on average usually has a shelf life of approximately one week, but this may vary. This will weigh approximately 400g/700g but may vary. 400g = approximately 110mm diameter. 700g = approximately 135 diameter
