Le Mont D’Or is an unpasteurised cow’s milk cheese. It is produced in the winter months only and is shaped by circling it with spruce bark. Often eaten hot fondue-style it has a lot of character when ripe as it becomes runny and full of flavour.
Please note: This cheese on average usually has a shelf life of approximately one week, but this may vary.
