This Parmesan Cheese is made of milk exclusively from brown alpine cows, known as Bruna Alpina in Italy, that live and feed within the hills and mountains of the Emilia Romagna region. Aged for 24 months, this parmesan cheese has a smoother, sweeter and more aromatic flavour compared to parmesans from lowland cows.
The unique milk from the Bruna Alpina produces a parmesan cheese that's low in lactose and high in casein, a slow release protein. And only being made from milk, salt and rennet this parmesan cheese has a lower fat content compared to many other cheeses.

Deliveries are made Tuesday to Friday via signed for courier. Orders placed by noon on a working day will be picked, packed and dispatched the same day on our 24 hour courier service. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following day. Orders received on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
We pack perishable items in sheep’s wool with an ice pack to keep them cool throughout the whole transport process however please ensure these are placed in the fridge on arrival.
