An organic, gluten-free, grain-free, rye style bread made with organic yeast, buckwheat flour and a little pea flour. All the right ingredients, it will remind you of a good rye bread. Amazingly tasty with all the right ingredients!

Prep & usage
For an alkalising paleo sandwich why not try watercress pesto with avocado, tomato, cucumber or beetroot. Watercress Pesto Recipe: simply blitz watercress. spinach and or seaweed with flax oil or olive oil in a blender.
Store cool and dry, away from sunlight. Suitable for home freezing. We put a best before date on it: from baking 4 days in summer, 5 days in winter.
