This is the top quality organic linseed used in our naturally gluten free breads. Linseed is best freshly milled as the valuable oils oxidise fast. It tastes nutty and sweet when freshly milled. Use a coffee grinder to mill your own fresh linseed to add to breakfast cereals or puddings.

Prep & usage
Milling makes linseed more digestible, simply use a coffee grinder. For maximum benefits, linseed should be freshly ground just before eating. Whole linseed can last a long time, however, once milled, the valuable omega-3 fatty acids contained in the seed will start to oxidise as they are exposed to air.
Store in a cool & dry place away from sunlight.
