Squid and cuttlefish ink is a natural food colouring and flavouring widely used in the Mediterranean cuisine when cooking 'Arroz Negro', 'chipirones en su tinta', pasta and risottos. It has a delicate and salty flavour.
Depending on the dish, use approximately 1g of squid ink per 100g of other ingredients.
