Made from 100 per cent pasteurised goat's milk. Its rind is slightly orange as it is periodically rubbed with a blend of paprika and olive oil during its 3 months curing period. Rich aroma, with a complex and elegant gouty flavour and creamy texture. It goes well as a table cheese or grilling.

We can only offer a next day delivery service to a UK mainland address. We offer a 24h courier service which includes a trackable service. The courier company will attempt to deliver your parcel the next working day. Signature on delivery will be required. If no-one is in or if the courier cannot gain access, they will try to deliver it to a neighbour. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the driver will leave a card with instructions to contact the courier company.
