About the Producer
30 years in the making, SamosaCo recipes date back through generations of family testing and tasting, traditionally and refined to perfection. We are a small family business based in South Wales, set up by Sokhy and Goldie and son, Tee. We produce a variety of vegetarian and vegan products including samosas, curries, pickles, chutneys and sauces and our own unique onion bhaji scotch egg!

Prep & usage
Microwave: Pierce film. Place on microwave dish in microwave and cook for 5 minutes. Peel back the film, stir and re-cover. Cook for a further 3 minutes. Stir before serving. Oven: Pierce film. Place on baking trayin the middle of a preheated oven at 180 degrees C. Cook for 30 minutes. Peel back film, stir and re-cover. Cook for a further 10-15 minutes. stir before serving.
Keep Chilled. Suitable for home freezing
