Using the finest Peruvian organic cocoa butter to give their perfect texture, we then stone ground it with toasted milk powder that gives this chocolate a rich caramelised flavour. Then paired with Cornish sea salt. It balances the sweetness to give a rounded flavour.

Barbers Bean To Bar is a family run business that specialise in craft bean to bar chocolate. All our chocolate is stone ground for at least 2 days in small 10kg batches. This allows us to get the perfect, smooth texture and superb flavour. It's not the easy way, but it's our way and we love it!
We are passionate about sourcing fairly traded coco beans from organic farms. Our founder, Michael, started his culinary career in Birmingham over 10 years ago, from training at passitire collage to working in a Soho inspired bakery and other fine dining establishments. He learnt that there is so much more to chocolate than the generic white, milk and dark chocolates. By stripping back the product to great quality beans. You can make chocolate with such complex flavours, not unlike fine wine or coffee.
