I'm David Hicks, the founder of Mutiny Foods. I'm a former chef and started making mustards a few years ago.
The mustards have all been invented by me on my boat (I live on a converted Dutch Barge moored in Hammersmith) hence the name Mutiny! I've developed 8 alcoholic mustards that are all handmade in small batches in Cumbria. They start with a honey-based mustards and this is spiced up with alcohol and other interesting flavours.
We're a start-up business as the mustards were only launched in July 2019.
