We are an award-winning local independent business creating bean-to-bar vegan chocolates.

Our Story

As a business, we are in direct trade with our farmers and pay them higher than ‘fair trade’ prices for their fine quality cocoa. All of our chocolates are made with no refined sugar and absolutely no flavourings - as fine quality as it can get!

After leaving her career as a teacher to pursue her chocolate-making passion, Luisa is now a multi-award winning bean-to-bar chocolate maker, recognised globally due to her array of Academy of Chocolate Awards (including Gold for her 92% Philippines), in addition to the prestigious UK Rising Star Award, as well as a Great Taste Award.

By being in direct contact with the farmers, with Luisa's recent trip to Columbia to meet the cocoa farmers that will supply the beans ensuring a strong relationship with the farms we work with, there is an emphasis on the importance of ethical trade and the monumental positive impact that being paid a better-than-fair price (3 times more than fair trade price) for their beans can make to each and every community that supplies Luisa's Vegan Chocolates.

All the chocolate we make is vegan, gluten free and made without refined sugar, with no compromise on the exquisite taste. Enjoy!
