Herbarium Drinks is a producer of truly alcohol-free spirits. We hand distil in small batches using traditional copper pot stills from our own recipe using 100% natural ingredients.

Our Story

Herbarium was formed in 2018 by two long-standing friends, Andrew and Steve, to fulfil an ambition to create a non-alcoholic botanical drink to enjoy with tonic.

After several years of research and development the goal to create a traditionally distilled alcohol-free drink was achieved with Herbarium Distillation 29. The drink is created from our own unique recipe, using no alcohol in the production process, so it is truly 0.0%. Carefully sourced core gin botanicals are hand distilled in small batches, with no added flavourings or sweeteners (even if labelled as natural) - our priority is purity.

Herbarium Limited are passionate about producing alcohol-free drinks that offer a full unique grown-up flavour and drink experience without compromising on taste.
