We think that our buckwheat tastes waaaaay better than raw green or roasted buckwheat because it’s parboiled. What is parboiled you ask? Used in Central Asia which It’s an old method used in the East which involves soaking, steaming and drying and results in the tasty, super nutritious and easy to cook Grechka buckwheat.

Like pasta in Italy, rice in Southeast Asia or quinoa in South America, buckwheat in Central Asia and Eastern Europe is eaten by everybody – morning, noon or night - in almost every meal. But over here hardly anyone has heard of it! So we - Daria, Malika and Vasilisa, founders of Grechka, are three women on a mission to introduce this super tasty superfood to as many people as possible. Why? Because we care about people of this nation and want them to make healthier choices so they feel better. The Buckwheat revolution starts here!
