We love innovation and are obsessed with challenging the traditional perception of meringue.

Our Story

We don’t compromise on ingredients nor do we scrimp on taste and satisfaction. We founded Flower & White in our home county of Shropshire where all of our meringues are still handcrafted today to a traditional Swiss recipe using free range eggs and natural flavours.

Having baked at home with his mum as a child, it was Brian who took his skills to the next level, juggling his baking while looking after the kids as a stay at home dad. He then let his bakes loose on the public and they were an instant hit. Following Brian’s success Leanne decided to take the plunge and leave her job to join her husband in his venture!

Look at us now! Gone are the days when Leanne and Brian used to laboriously separate eggs by hand in their shed! We’re winning awards, moved to new premises (a little bigger than Brian and Leanne’s shed!) and use more than 200,000 eggs to produce over one million meringues each day.

The future of Flower & White is exciting and we can’t wait to share with you what we come up with next!
