Freya Twigden discovered kombucha during her year abroad in Shanghai, and there the fixation began. After completing university, Freya was dissatisfied with the kombucha offering in the UK, and vowed to learn everything she possibly could about the mystical fermented tea; travelling all around the world to learn from fellow fermentalists and create the most authentic, true to its origins, and DELICIOUS kombucha there is. Freya was positively obsessed with creating the perfect brew, and so Fix8 was born; for the buzz seekers.
Trading since 2018, we are now a staple kombucha in countless independent cafes, restaurants and bars across London. We have three iconic flavours; Triple Ginger, Strawberry Tulsi and Citrus Saffron. Enjoy ice cold to wash down your meal, or mix with a spirit to make a sophisticated, flavoursome cocktail.
We were born in Peckham, and are so chuffed that we remain a staple ‘booch in those parts. We are proud to work closely with Ago Perrone at The Connaught Bar (voted best bar in the world 2019) who champions our product across his menu, but our favourite is always Gate No.1.
