TheFoodMarket.com are incredibly proud to work with a huge number of small, independent food and drink producers from across the UK and beyond! When you order with us, you are getting some of the best food and drinks around, and will be supporting small businesses as well!

There is no set time, but the earlier the better to give the producer plenty of time to arrange the larger quantities of gifts.
Orders are shipped to one address at a time. If you would like to order products to be delivered to different addresses, please place these as separate orders. If you have a Corporate enquiry that requires multiple delivery addresses, please email tom@thefoodmarket.com for a quick response!
Once we have agreed upon your desired delivery date and signed off your gifting options, we will send an invoice to the contact we have spoken to and arranged the order with, unless told otherwise. The invoice will give you the option to pay via BACS, credit card or PayPal, whichever suits you best.
We try to avoid taking payment over the phone if at all possible. Our invoices will include options to pay via a range of payment methods.
We are very happy to work with you to make any changes to your order. Please note this may not always be possible, but we will be working with the producer to see if we can accommodate your request.
There could be a bulk discount applied depending on the size of the order. This may not always be possible, but please feel free to ask when you are placing an order!
Depending on the item, it might be possible to attempt overseas delivery. However, we cannot guarantee arrival given the complications of overseas shipping at the moment.
We are very happy to work with you to create a bespoke gift, all you would need to do is send us as many details as possible regarding the contents of the gift you are looking for, including budget and any dietary requirements.
Yes! One of the great advantages of ordering through the corporate page is being able to specify exactly when you want your gifts delivered by.
Most of our producers will send the gifts via a next day delivery service. We will send over additional tracking information, if provided.
We work with a variety of producers and many are able to brand your gifts. Please send over a high resolution .PNG file of your company logo to tom@thefoodmarket.com, and we can arrange branded stickers for any boxes or gifts you may have.
Delivery fees depend on the producer, the size of the gift and when you want the gift to be delivered. More often than not there will be an additional small shipping fee, so please include that in your budget.
Typically we do not send samples of our products, but depending on the size of the order it may be possible to ask our producers to accommodate this request!
