Question about an order you've placed?
Your order confirmation email from us has a button at the top, linking to a page showing your order status. This is the latest information we have regarding your order. Please check this and the estimated delivery date(s), which is shown on that page and also on your order confirmation email. You can also find your order status by going to ‘My Account’ on our website (you will need to log in first - so is not possible if you’ve used PayPal guest checkout to place your order with us) and clicking on an order number.
