Recipe: Overnight Oats with Hemp Milk
Hemp milk is one of the healthiest dairy-free alternatives to milk — it's high in Omega 3, low in saturated fat and is fortified with calcium and vitamin D. With its deliciously creamy, nutty flavour, hemp milk works perfectly in delightfully fuss-free overnight oats. It's the ideal breakfast for on-the-go mornings (provided you remember to prepare them the night before!). This recipe is high in protein and will keep you full throughout the morning. Overnight oats are meant to be eaten cold, but since winter is on the way feel free to heat up the mixture in the microwave for just a few seconds in the morning to take off the chill.
Ingredients
- 100ml Good Hemp Milk
- 40g oats (use gluten-free oats if required)
- a few drops of vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds (optional)
- Handful of fresh fruit (optional)

Instructions
1 Place all the ingredients except the hemp seeds into a jar or plastic container with a lid. Stir thoroughly and store in the fridge overnight.
2 In the morning remove from the fridge, sprinkle with hemp seeds and serve! If desired, add fresh berries as shown above. If you prefer your oats a little sweeter, add some honey as well.
