After a long run, bike ride or any kind of exercise, it’s important to stimulate muscle recovery. The best way to do this is by giving your body carbs and protein within 30 minutes of your workout.   • 1/4 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana
  • 1tsp Moroccan Almond Butter
