Instructions: To Make 10 Energy Balls
Blend the pitted dates in a food processor until they come together, forming a sticky ball.
Then add the walnuts, almond milk and optional chia seeds, blending again until well mixed.
Add the desiccated coconut, cocoa and two tablespoons of Husk & Honey granola (and its dust from the bottom of the packet!), and blend again so that the ingredients are well mixed and form a large sticky ball.
Remove from the processor and hand roll the sticky mix into 10 evenly-sized balls.
Mix two spoons of desiccated coconut with the matcha powder and coat the energy balls by rolling around in the mixture.
Pop them in a food container and store in the fridge for up to three days.
