Recipe: Gluten-free Protein Pancakes
This pancake recipe from our friends at Protein Pow is simple, easy, protein-packed goodness! Perfect after a workout. You can add berries or you can substitute them with walnuts or chocolate chips - or just leave them out and have plain pancakes.
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 4 Egg Whites
- 1/4 cup (30g) Whey Protein Pow Cooking Mix
- Handful of berries (optional)

Instructions
1 Blend everything except for the berries.
2 Add berries to your batter after blending.
3 Pan-fry on a nonstick pan with a bit of coconut oil or non-calorie cooking spray.
3 Flip and feast away!
