Recipe: Matcha Broccoli Soup

1 Heat a little oil in a frying pan and bring to a medium heat.
2 Slice the broccoli into pieces and sauté these in the pan until vibrant in colour and tender.
3 When the broccoli is about half way cooked, crush in the garlic clove and continue cooking.
4 Once your broccoli is ready, add this into a high powered blender with the stock, matcha and a good seasoning of salt and pepper.
5 Blend until smooth and creamy.
6 Top off with fresh herbs of your choice.
