Honey Beer Pancake Recipe
A delicious pancake recipe from Hiver Beers!Ingredients
- 125g sieved plain flour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 beaten egg
- ½ tsp salt
- 250ml Hiver, the Honey Blonde
- 30g melted butter
- Toppings of your choice - blueberries, maple syrup, bacon etc

Instructions
1 In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
2 Pour in the beaten egg, the honey blonde and melted butter. Stir of whisk until blended.
3 Heat a griddle or frying pan over a medium heat and coat with oil.
4 Spoon about 4 tablespoons of batter onto the hot surface for each pancake.
5 When bubbles appear on top of the pancake, flip and cook until browned on the other side.
6 Top off with toppings of your choice, we recommend blueberries or bacon and maple syrup
