Coffee Overnight Oats Recipe
This quick and easy recipe involves no cooking and is nutritious and delicious!Ingredients
- 50g Jumbo Oats
- 40g Chia Seeds
- 200ml Almond Milk (or nut milk of your choice)
- 1 tsp Cacao
- 1 shot of Espresso (or ground coffee if you prefer)
- 2 tbsp Yoghurt (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 Banana
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 handful Blueberries
- An empty jam jar or Kilner jar

- Prep: 5 minutes
- Cooking time: Overnight!
Instructions
1 Add your oats, chia seeds and almond milk into the jar and stir until combined.
2 Chop the banana and add to the jar with the cacao and yoghurt, stir again.
3 Add in the shot of espresso (You can use ground coffee here if you prefer) wait for the coffee to cool down slightly before you add it to the jar.
4 Stir the contents of the jar, if it’s still quite thick add a little water or more almond milk. The oats will thicken up overnight so bare this in mind when finding your consistency.
5 Pop the blueberries on top and drizzle with honey.
6 Place the oats in the fridge and have a peaceful night’s sleep knowing you have a great breakfast to wake up to!
