Recipe: Carrot Cake Protein Porridge (Vegan)
Porridge – we just can't get enough of it! And we love to play around with different flavour combinations, from chocolate to matcha... there's a recipe for everybody's liking. Today we want to share this delicious and easy Carrot Cake Porridge recipe, which is just perfect for cozy mornings! Comforting, warm and with a whole load of delicious spices. The Muscle Power Mix adds a good amount of protein to keep you full longer and provide your body with all the essential amino acids. Try it – it really is fingerlickin' good (for you)!Ingredients
- 15g Muscle Power Protein Powder
- 1 cup oats
- 1 large carrot (grated)
- 100ml coconut milk
- 150ml water
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla flavouring powder
- Toppings; granola, mulberries, coconut chips, cashew butter (optional)

- Prep: 5 minutes
- Cooking time: 10 minutes
Instructions
1 Combine all of the ingredients except for the Muscle Power Mix in a small pot and cook on medium heat.
2 Keep stirring, so nothing burns or sticks to the bottom of the pan.
3 Take off the heat and add the Muscle Power Mix.
4 Pour into a bowl.
5 Add toppings of choice.
6 Enjoy!
Tip Use more or less liquids depending on how thick or runny you like your porridge!
