Recipe: Mango and Turmeric Smoothie Bowl

A simple yet delicious smoothie bowl made with a good balance of vegetables and the magic ingredient — Wunder Workshop's "Instantly Golden" classic turmeric latte blend. A delicious way to get your daily hit of turmeric and all its wonderful health benefits. This is a thick and creamy smoothie, perfect for a breakfast bowl. If you prefer drinking this smoothie or like it a little thinner, add filtered water to adjust the thickness.
- 1 small sweet potato (baked)
- 1 large ripe mango
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 medium carrot
- 2 Tbsp Wunder Workshop Instantly Golden Turmeric Latte Blend
- Toppings: Coconut chips, fresh mango slices, pomegranate, bee pollen (optional)
- Rating: Easy
1 Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend till smooth and creamy.
2 Spoon into a bowl and decorate with toppings of fresh mango, coconut chips, pomegranate and bee pollen. Feel free to substitute the toppings with available fresh or dried fruit.
