Recipe: Matcha and Pistachio Oatmeal

What a way to start the day! The unique antioxidant powers and incredible taste of Bloom Tea's high quality Matcha Green Tea powder in a thick and creamy porridge that's sure to keep you full until lunch.
- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup cashew milk
- 1/2 tsp Bloom Tea Matcha powder
- 1 heaped tsp raw honey
- Pinch of vanilla powder
- Crushed pistachios and figs to serve
- Makes: 1 serving

1 Combine the oats and water together in a saucepan and set these aside to soak for around 10 minutes.
2 Gently heat the oats over a low to medium heat and add in the cashew milk.
3 Once they have begun to absorb the liquid and cook through, stir in the honey, matcha and vanilla powder.
4 Continue to stir the porridge until thick and creamy.
5 Serve into a bowl and top with the fresh fruit and a generous sprinkling of pistachios.
