Cut the bread into 1.5 cm slices and then cut into pieces that will fit a slice of fig on top.
Brush each side of the bread with walnut oil and bake at 180 degrees (160 fan) until just brown.
Add a thin slice of the cheese onto bruschetta, or spread if soft enough.
Slice the figs and place a piece on each bruschetta. Brush or spoon half a teaspoon of Jersey Salted Caramel Sauce on to each fig and grill until just caramelised.
Serve on a platter with a little more drizzle of warm caramel if desired and scatter with rosemary.
